What the service is
Nexus4kTV provides access to an IPTV streaming line: live channels and on-demand titles delivered over your own internet connection. We are a service provider and intermediary. We do not own, host, record or broadcast the content itself, which is supplied by third-party sources.
Catalogue size, stream quality and category coverage vary by market and change over time. Published figures such as 27,000+ channels describe the catalogue as a whole, not a guarantee that any particular channel will be available in your market at a particular moment.
Your account
- Your credentials are personal to your household. Do not publish, resell or share them.
- Your plan’s connection count is the number of streams that may run at once — up to 5. Exceeding it may interrupt playback or suspend the line.
- Keep your email address current: it is how we reach you about your line.
- You are responsible for activity on your line, so tell us immediately if you think it is compromised.
Payment and renewal
Prices are published in full on the pricing page in US dollars. No payment is taken on this website: after you submit an order, our team contacts you with the payment options available in your country and confirms the total before anything is charged.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When a term ends, the line stops until you choose to renew it. There is no recurring billing and no cancellation process to navigate.
Refunds
The free trial exists so you can test the service before paying, and we ask you to use it. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using a paid line and we cannot resolve it, contact support and we will agree a fair remedy — a repair, an extension, or a refund of the unused period.
Refunds are not available where the problem lies outside the service: an unsuitable internet connection, an incompatible device you were warned about, or a change of mind after the line has been used.
Free trial
The trial runs for 24 hours on one connection with the full catalogue, is limited to one per household, requires no payment details, and expires by itself. It does not convert into a paid plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or publicly perform the service or its content.
- Share credentials outside your household, or use them commercially without written agreement.
- Record, copy or redistribute content in breach of the rights of its owner.
- Attempt to probe, overload or interfere with the delivery network.
- Use the service where it would be unlawful for you to do so.
Breach of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Availability
We target 99.9% stream uptime and monitor the network continuously, but no internet service is perfect. Maintenance, upstream source failures, your own connection and your internet provider all affect what you see. We will always tell you honestly what is happening rather than pretend a fault is on your end.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus4kTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from third-party content or your own internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability is limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the current term.
