DMCA and copyright policy

Nexus4kTV respects copyright and responds to properly made notices quickly. This page explains exactly how to reach us and what we do when we hear from you.

Our position

Nexus4kTV is a streaming service provider. We do not own, produce, host, record, upload or broadcast any of the media that reaches our subscribers. Streams and on-demand titles are supplied by third-party sources, and we act as an intermediary that organises and delivers what those sources publish.

That does not make us indifferent. Where a rights holder tells us that a specific stream infringes their copyright, we remove our reference to it and, where the source is repeatedly responsible, we stop carrying that source altogether.

Submitting a notice

Send notices to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To act on a notice we need all of the following:

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
  • Identification of the specific material at issue — the channel or title name, and where on the service you saw it — in enough detail for us to locate it.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices missing these elements cannot be actioned under the DMCA, though we will always tell you what is missing rather than ignoring you.

What happens next

We acknowledge every complete notice within 48 hours. Where the claim is clear, the material is removed from our line-up promptly, usually the same working day. We record the notice, notify the supplying source, and keep the record for our repeat-infringement process.

If a notice is unclear or appears to cover material we do not carry, we will write back and ask for the detail we need instead of guessing.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, send a counter-notification to the same address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. It must include your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

We forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. If they do not begin legal proceedings within the statutory period, the material may be restored.

Repeat infringement

We maintain a repeat-infringement policy. Sources that attract repeated valid notices are dropped, and subscriber accounts used to distribute infringing material outside the service are terminated.

Contact

All copyright correspondence: contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for an initial response. Notices sent through live chat or WhatsApp cannot be processed — they must be in writing to the address above so they are recorded properly.
